Winter Conference on Sustainable Business

Great Lakes Institute of Management, Gurgaon, India is hosting its third International Research Conference ‘Winter Conference on Sustainable Business (WCSB),’ previously ‘Winter Business School Conference (WBSC), under the aegis of The Center of Excellence for Sustainable Development, at the Gurgaon campus on 19th & 20th December 2024.

The theme for the conference is ‘Roadmap to Sustainability: Challenges and Opportunities for Business Models and Practices'. It also enables cost saving – energy efficiency, waste reduction, and resource optimization. Brand reputation also benefits, attracting conscious consumers and minimizing potential disruptions.

The WCSB aims to bring together academicians, policy makers, practitioners and other experts to promote sustainability in business practices across all functional areas of management. The conference would also aim to outline a strategic path for organizations to integrate sustainable practices into their business models, operations, and decision-making processes, serving as a guide for businesses to navigate the complexities of sustainability, address challenges, and seize opportunities. Additionally, the conference will provide a forum for researchers to interact with editors of leading journals in the conference's relevant fields.
